If an emergency arises at your development please call 020 3301 5767 or send an email to emergency@cecpm.biz. This number and email address will reach a member of the CEC PM team. You will not be connected to a sub-contracted support service which does not know anything about your development.

Please note that calls to our emergency number should only be to report matters of extreme urgency such as persons trapped in a lift, fire or flood of a premises, storm damage etc.

Calls to this number should not be to report excessive noise or other nuisances. In the first instance contact the police or local authority enforcement team. Please report the matter to us during normal working hours.

Depending on the nature of the problem, it may be that immediate action is not possible but you can be assured that the matter will receive our most urgent attention.
