The lease applicable to flats will stipulate that you must pay service charges which, when combined with the contributions of other owners, will be used to pay for some or all of the following: Ground Rent; Buildings Insurance; Maintenance & Repairs, Periodic Redecorations, Accountancy Fees, Cleaning, Gardening, Communal Electricity etc.

We appreciate that each owner contributes a considerable amount of money towards the upkeep of the premises and we believe that this money is best spent on maintenance and improvements rather than over-priced administration. The management of blocks of flats is a specialist service, which very few companies provide to an appropriately high standard.
