Managing Residential Blocks of Flats
The Leaseholder Portal provides leaseholders with the ability to view their service charge balance, see invoices added to their account, view insurance schedules, view accounts, notify us of a change of address, view the residents information booklet and any other important information relevant to the development.
Access to this site can be gained by contacting CEC PM and requesting a user name and password.
